News Release: WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Electricity (OE) this week announced two new division leadership appointments. Gilbert (Gil) Bindewald III assumes the role of Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Grid Controls and Communications Division, and Eric Hsieh is now the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Energy Storage Division. Both appointments were effective April 9, 2023.
