Washington, D.C. - House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Subcommittee on Health Chair Brett Guthrie (R-KY) today announced a subcommittee markup of 17 bills.

The Chair released the following statement:

“Our Committee continues its work to pass solutions for the American people that will provide crucial support for individuals seeking to overcome their substance use disorder who are at-risk of fentanyl poisonings, ensure our nation is better prepared against all forms of hazards and public health security threats, and bolster health care for vulnerable populations. We thank our members on both sides of the aisle who have led on legislation that will make Americans healthier and safer."

WHAT: A Subcommittee on Health markup of 17 bills.
